Birdwatcher heaven — a 3/4-mile boardwalk over open marsh, alligators inches away.
A world-famous birdwatcher's paradise constructed out of 50 acres of utility wetlands. Visitors can walk along a 3/4-mile elevated wooden boardwalk that loops over open marsh habitats, offering incredibly close encounters with nesting herons, egrets, wood storks, frogs, and large American alligators basking in the sun.
